How to reduce your use of plastic

  • Cut down on disposables.
  • Buy consciously: Prefer natural and long-life materials; do not buy any care products with microplastic (e.g. in body peelings or toothpaste).
  • Leave packaging material at the supermarket. Sensitise the shop assistants and the companies.
  • Utilise reusable tissue or paper bags.
  • Avoid the very toxic polyvinylchlorid (PVCRecycle-03) and polycarbonate (PCOther-7).
  • Pick up plastic trash lying about.
  • Only drink water from glass bottles.
