Smart Tip # 13

Sodium laureth sulphate (SLES) is added as a surfactant (foaming agent) to synthetic cosmetic products (even baby shampoos), household and cleaning products, and dries out the skin and hair. It is irritating to the skin and responsible for the occurrence of ‘hairdresser’s eczema’. Use 100% natural products with coco-glucosides.
