Important: Drink plenty of water! But how much is plenty? As a general rule, aim for 30–40 ml of water per kg of body weight per day. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt per litre of water to prevent salt loss. This allows the water to remain in the body longer and flush the organs thoroughly.
