Every year, Nature presents us anew with gifts. Do we take this for granted? In all cultures, we are aware that a rich harvest is not only due to human diligence, effort and knowledge. That is why Thanksgiving was and still is a popular and gladly celebrated custom in many places.
The World Foundation for Natural Science has put together a short presentation in pictures and sound in honour of and gratitude to Nature, which ceaselessly serves us and keeps us alive, and in appreciation of all the people who work tirelessly and with love for Nature. It is our hope that this will inspire you to say “Thank you” to Nature for all Her gifts.
