Frasi come queste sono ben note nel linguaggio popolare. Cosa c&#8217;\u00e8 dietro queste affermazioni? E cosa c&#8217;entra l&#8217;acqua con le comunicazioni di telefonia mobile? Sappiamo che senza acqua non ci sarebbe vita su questo pianeta. L&#8217;acqua \u00e8 pi\u00f9 di un dissetante o di un detergente: fornisce energia per i processi vitali, infatti nel nostro organismo l&#8217;acqua funziona come una batteria!<span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_36074_1('footnote_plugin_reference_36074_1_1');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_36074_1('footnote_plugin_reference_36074_1_1');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_36074_1_1\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">1)<\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_36074_1_1\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">Pollak, G.H.&nbsp;: The fourth phase of water. Le acque vitali e vive sono in movimento, devono fluire in modo naturale ed essere in grado di formare vortici attorno al proprio asse in forma di spirale. Se spingi le acque in un percorso rettilineo innaturale, esse perdono il loro equilibrio naturale e hanno un effetto distruttivo. Come dipolo, la molecola d&#8217;acqua ha due poli elettrici con carica diversa: una carica negativa sul lato dell&#8217;atomo di ossigeno, una carica positiva sul lato dei due atomi di idrogeno. La molecola d&#8217;acqua pu\u00f2 quindi essere paragonata a un magnete a barra. Le onde elettromagnetiche, in particolare le microonde (la gamma di frequenza utilizzata per le comunicazioni di telefonia mobile) mettono in rotazione questo &#8220;magnete a barra&#8221;, cio\u00e8 il dipolo dell&#8217;acqua. Questo perch\u00e9 se una tale onda elettromagnetica passa sopra il dipolo, il suo polo negativo, rispettivamente il suo polo positivo, si riorientano costantemente secondo l&#8217;onda elettromagnetica. Questo principio viene utilizzato anche con il forno a microonde: attraverso la rotazione delle molecole d&#8217;acqua. Queste cominciano a vibrare in modo tale da sfregare l&#8217;una contro l&#8217;altra, il che genera calore, e il cibo viene riscaldato. Si parla allora di effetto termico della radiazione a microonde.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Radiazione a microonde: effetti non solo termici ma anche biologici<\/h2>\n<p>Ma la comodit\u00e0 del forno a microonde ha un prezzo: gi\u00e0 nel 1992, il Dr. Hansueli Hertel fu in grado di dimostrare che i livelli ematici delle persone del test cambiavano significativamente quando mangiavano cibi preparati nel forno a microonde. Il livello di ematocrito descrive la proporzione di cellule nel totale del sangue e quindi la fluidit\u00e0 stessa del sangue. Se il contenuto di liquidi nel sangue diminuisce, l&#8217;ematocrito aumenta.<\/p>\n<p>Un alto livello di ematocrito significa quindi che il sangue \u00e8 pi\u00f9 viscoso e scorre pi\u00f9 lentamente, aumentando ad esempio il rischio di trombosi o ictus. Tuttavia, come mostra la ricerca del Dr. Hertel, i livelli di ematocrito erano diminuiti dopo aver mangiato cibi crudi o cibi cotti in modo convenzionale. La ricerca del Dr. Hertel ci fa pensare e prendere atto del fatto che la radiazione a microonde genera cambiamenti pi\u00f9 della semplice temperatura di un mezzo. Ogni acqua lascia cos\u00ec il proprio schema. In un test, l&#8217;acqua di riferimento, un&#8217;acqua minerale svizzera del supermercato, \u00e8 stata portata ad ebollizione, fatta sgocciolare dopo il raffreddamento ed essiccata. La struttura dell&#8217;acqua bollita con il gas \u00e8 simile a quella dell&#8217;acqua originale: un centro blu, un motivo a forma di stella attorno al centro e cerchi semiconcentrici.
