La maggior parte delle persone trascorre generalmente troppo tempo in posizione seduta, ma questa situazione \u00e8 ora diventata ancor pi\u00f9 acuta con le restrizioni imposte a causa del coronavirus. Le palestre sono chiuse, il posto di lavoro domestico potrebbe non essere organizzato in modo ergonomico, l&#8217;esercizio all&#8217;aria aperta \u00e8 possibile solo in misura limitata o, se c&#8217;\u00e8 il coprifuoco, per niente. Rafforzare il centro significa anche migliorare la salute (il sistema immunitario), il benessere e la qualit\u00e0 della vita e riequilibrare le emozioni. Anche pochi semplici esercizi ti aiuteranno a liberare il tuo corpo da qualsiasi dolore causato da una postura scorretta e da mancanza di movimento, per acquisire maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 e aumentare la consapevolezza del tuo corpo.<\/p>\n<p>Nelle istruzioni fornite di seguito, abbiamo raccolto alcuni suggerimenti per fare pi\u00f9 esercizio a casa, nell\u2019ufficio in casa e al lavoro .
