{"id":44198,"date":"2026-06-08T10:19:51","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T08:19:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/?p=44198"},"modified":"2026-06-08T11:26:05","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T09:26:05","slug":"leffet-dentrainement-favoriser-la-richesse-de-la-vie-marine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/fr\/news\/2026\/06\/leffet-dentrainement-favoriser-la-richesse-de-la-vie-marine\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement&nbsp;: favoriser la richesse de la vie marine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Il est prouv\u00e9 que les zones marines prot\u00e9g\u00e9es constituent un moyen efficace de pr\u00e9server le plus grand habitat de notre plan\u00e8te, nos oc\u00e9ans, et de permettre leur r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/strong> Dans celles-ci, la p\u00eache est limit\u00e9e, voire totalement interdite dans les zones dites&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;de non pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Comme il est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9vident que la cr\u00e9ation de zones marines prot\u00e9g\u00e9es peut contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la restauration de la sant\u00e9 des oc\u00e9ans, divers efforts sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer cette \u00e9volution. <strong>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Convention sur la diversit\u00e9 biologique (CDB), l&rsquo;objectif est de prot\u00e9ger au moins 30&nbsp;% des zones marines \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale d&rsquo;ici 2030.<\/strong> \u00c0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, seulement environ 9,4&nbsp;% de ces zones sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es, dont uniquement 3,2&nbsp;% b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;une protection stricte ou totale.<\/p>\n<p>En janvier 2026, apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cennies de n\u00e9gociations, l&rsquo;accord des Nations unies sur la protection des zones marines situ\u00e9es au-del\u00e0 des juridictions nationales (Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction, BBNJ) est entr\u00e9 en vigueur. Il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un instrument essentiel \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des efforts de protection susmentionn\u00e9s d&rsquo;ici 2030, car il permet d\u00e9sormais de cr\u00e9er et de g\u00e9rer des zones marines prot\u00e9g\u00e9es dans les eaux internationales.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;exemple suivant illustre de mani\u00e8re frappante l&rsquo;effet protecteur et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur des zones marines prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-44171 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-1536x1151.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-2048x1535.jpeg 2048w, https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-164x123.jpeg 164w, https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-400x300.jpeg 400w, https:\/\/www.naturalscience.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/AdobeStock_280788558HOMEPG-500x375.jpeg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Dans la partie croate de la mer Adriatique se trouve l&rsquo;\u00eele volcanique de Jabuka, entour\u00e9e des eaux les plus poissonneuses de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e adriatique. Cependant, la surp\u00eache a gravement affect\u00e9 les stocks, ce qui a conduit le gouvernement \u00e0 d\u00e9cider, en 2017, de cr\u00e9er une zone de protection marine dans cette r\u00e9gion, mesure qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre en 2018. Depuis lors, toute forme de p\u00eache est totalement interdite dans le bassin de Jabuka.<\/p>\n<p>Cet endroit est l&rsquo;une des rares zones marines enti\u00e8rement prot\u00e9g\u00e9es de Croatie&nbsp;; moins de 1&nbsp;% des eaux c\u00f4ti\u00e8res croates b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de ce statut de protection stricte. L&rsquo;objectif de ces mesures est de pr\u00e9server les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins fragiles du bassin de Jabuka, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 400 m\u00e8tres de profondeur, et de reconstituer \u00e0 long terme les stocks d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces menac\u00e9es que sont le merlu europ\u00e9en et le homard norv\u00e9gien.<\/p>\n<p>La zone de protection a d&rsquo;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9e par les petits p\u00eacheurs locaux, mais elle s&rsquo;est rapidement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00eatre une aubaine pour eux. <strong>Cela s&rsquo;explique par ce qu&rsquo;on appelle&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;l&rsquo;effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement&nbsp;\u00bb, qui r\u00e9sulte du fait que les stocks de poissons peuvent cro\u00eetre et se reproduire en toute tranquillit\u00e9 au sein de la zone d&rsquo;interdiction de p\u00eache, puis migrer vers les zones adjacentes o\u00f9 la p\u00eache est autoris\u00e9e.<\/strong> Au final, cela profite \u00e0 la p\u00eache locale, car les stocks sont ainsi plus importants, m\u00eame dans les zones o\u00f9 la p\u00eache est autoris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences de l&rsquo;effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement dans le bassin de Jabuka sont impressionnantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>La taille des poissons et les volumes de capture en dehors de la zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e ont augment\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>La biomasse du merlu a quintupl\u00e9, celle du homard norv\u00e9gien a doubl\u00e9&nbsp;; ces deux esp\u00e8ces migrent de plus en plus vers les zones adjacentes.<\/li>\n<li>De plus, le bassin profond de Jabuka comporte plusieurs couches d&rsquo;eau pr\u00e9sentant des sch\u00e9mas de mouvement diff\u00e9rents. Les courants ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s entra\u00eenent les larves et les alevins vers les eaux voisines, o\u00f9 la p\u00eache est autoris\u00e9e. Il s&rsquo;agit l\u00e0 d&rsquo;un m\u00e9canisme central de l&rsquo;effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;interdiction de p\u00eache est strictement appliqu\u00e9e. Les formes de vie et les communaut\u00e9s complexes qui peuplent notre plan\u00e8te reposent toutes sur ce principe d&rsquo;interd\u00e9pendance&nbsp;: <strong>la vie entretient la vie<\/strong>. Les fronti\u00e8res, en revanche, sont le fruit de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 humaine.
