Du moins, c\u2019est le cas pour ce que la nature met \u00e0 notre disposition, car c\u2019est avant tout la civilisation (les villes, les transports, l\u2019industrie, etc.) qui nous cause des probl\u00e8mes, par exemple sous forme de bruit. On sait que l\u2019amygdale, la r\u00e9gion centrale du cerveau, impliqu\u00e9e dans la gestion du stress, est plus active chez les personnes vivant dans les villes que chez celles vivant dans les r\u00e9gions rurales. Le bruit de la ville met constamment le corps en alerte, surtout lorsque de nombreux sons diff\u00e9rents se m\u00e9langent en permanence. Les sons d&rsquo;oiseaux am\u00e9liorent non seulement les sympt\u00f4mes de la d\u00e9pression et de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, mais ils peuvent m\u00eame r\u00e9duire les pens\u00e9es parano\u00efaques, comme le montrent de nouvelles recherches. Le chant des oiseaux pourrait donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9venir les maladies mentales, \u00e9crivent les scientifiques.
