La Terre est une plan\u00e8te aquatique, car environ les deux tiers de sa surface sont constitu\u00e9s d\u2019eau. Il en est de m\u00eame pour notre corps, et si nous ne remplissons pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement notre&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9servoir corporel&nbsp;\u00bb avec de l\u2019eau pure, au bout d\u2019une semaine au plus tard, nous n\u2019existons plus. Il est donc \u00e9vident que nous devons traiter ce bien pr\u00e9cieux avec le plus grand respect, le prot\u00e9ger et conserver sa puret\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, nous en sommes actuellement tr\u00e8s loin. Les eaux de la plan\u00e8te sont massivement contamin\u00e9es par des d\u00e9chets (industriels), des pesticides et des engrais, de l\u2019\u00e9lectrosmog (r\u00e9cemment m\u00eame sous l\u2019eau), des r\u00e9sidus de m\u00e9dicaments ou m\u00eame du plastique. Les microplastiques (particules de plastique de moins de 5 millim\u00e8tres) en particulier deviennent de plus en plus probl\u00e9matiques. Ils r\u00e9sultent, par exemple, de l\u2019abrasion de pneus d\u2019automobiles, des fibres synth\u00e9tiques de v\u00eatements qui p\u00e9n\u00e8trent directement dans l\u2019environnement ou par le biais du lavage. \u00c9galement \u00e0 cause des m\u00e9gots de cigarettes jet\u00e9s, ou bien des minuscules particules de plastique dans des produits cosm\u00e9tiques, dans des dentifrices ou des gels douche exfoliants, mais aussi lorsque le plastique se d\u00e9grade dans la nature. En fin de compte, les particules de microplastiques finissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les oc\u00e9ans, o\u00f9 il y en a d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus que 5 trillions \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque personne sur la plan\u00e8te produit environ un kilogramme de microplastique par ann\u00e9e. Ce qui a pour cons\u00e9quence que les microplastiques sont pr\u00e9sents pratiquement partout aujourd\u2019hui, que ce soit dans l\u2019eau potable, dans le sol ou m\u00eame dans nos aliments. En fait, en ne buvant que de l\u2019eau des bouteilles en plastique, vous absorbez 90 000 particules de microplastiques suppl\u00e9mentaires dans votre corps chaque ann\u00e9e, soit environ 45 cartes de cr\u00e9dit en plus. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que l\u2019eau potable embouteill\u00e9e contient environ deux fois plus de microplastiques que l\u2019eau du robinet. Cependant, les diff\u00e9rences entre les marques sont \u00e9normes. De toutes les eaux min\u00e9rales test\u00e9es, Nestl\u00e9 Pure Life contenait 10 390 particules de microplastiques par litre. Les tests rapides, les v\u00eatements de protection, les gants jetables, les d\u00e9sinfectants, tout cela produit des centaines de milliers de quantit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires de d\u00e9chets qui sont rarement \u00e9limin\u00e9s correctement. Ceci s\u2019applique en particulier aux masques faciaux qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement faits d\u2019une ou plusieurs couches de plastique, le plus souvent en polypropyl\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s durable. Environ 129 milliards de masques sont utilis\u00e9s dans le monde chaque mois, soit environ trois millions de masques par minute&nbsp;! Cela signifie que la production de masques jetables a maintenant atteint des proportions similaires \u00e0 celles des bouteilles et des sacs en plastique. Les n\u00e9gociations, qui d\u00e9buteront au second semestre, devraient aboutir \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision contraignante d\u2019ici la fin de 2024.
