Ce n\u2019est pas exact. <strong>Avec l<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>introduction de la 5<\/strong><strong>\u00e8<\/strong><strong>me g<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>ration de communication mobile (5G), un nouveau type d<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>antenne sera <\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>galement utilis<\/strong><strong>\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>: antennes adaptatives ou antennes avec formation de faisceaux (<\/strong><strong>\u00ab&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>faisceau group<\/strong><strong>\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><strong>).<\/strong> Les antennes conventionnelles \u00e9mettent uniform\u00e9ment le signal radio mobile dans un grand angle, par exemple de 120\u00b0 (secteur circulaire). Par cons\u00e9quent, trois segments d\u2019antenne d\u00e9cal\u00e9s de 120\u00b0 l\u2019un par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019autre se trouvent souvent sur les antennes relais afin d\u2019obtenir un rayonnement circulaire et uniforme du signal dans toutes les directions.<\/p>\n<p>Les antennes adaptatives, par contre, pr\u00e9sentent une caract\u00e9ristique de rayonnement fortement focalis\u00e9, comparable \u00e0 un faisceau laser aigu. Cependant, le point crucial est que la puissance de transmission doit \u00eatre en m\u00eame temps extr\u00eamement intensifi\u00e9e de sorte que cette nouvelle technologie \u00e9labor\u00e9e soit d\u2019une quelconque utilit\u00e9. Cependant, les valeurs de seuil sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteintes avec des antennes conventionnelles. C\u2019est comme si, dans une zone de 30 km\/h, on tiendrait compte seulement de la vitesse moyenne, et non de la vitesse maximale. La variabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 tr\u00e8s court terme de la puissance de transmission et de l\u2019angle de rayonnement emp\u00eache les mesures de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement ainsi que les mesures de contr\u00f4le ind\u00e9pendantes pendant le fonctionnement. Les op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile et les autorit\u00e9s assurent que de telles mesures sont possibles, mais il ne s\u2019agit pas de mesurer le signal radio proprement dit avec lequel les donn\u00e9es sont transmises, mais bien d\u2019un signal auxiliaire de transmission uniforme, n\u00e9cessaire, par exemple, pour \u00e9tablir une connexion. L\u2019intensit\u00e9 de rayonnement du signal radio est ensuite extrapol\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide de donn\u00e9es de l\u2019exploitant de l\u2019antenne concernant l\u2019\u00e9tat de fonctionnement du moment. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure vraiment impr\u00e9cise, qui ne tient pas compte des r\u00e9flexions, par exemple sur les murs de la maison, ou du chevauchement des diff\u00e9rents faisceaux de donn\u00e9es. Bien s\u00fbr, il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s probl\u00e9matique que les&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9sultats des mesures&nbsp;\u00bb d\u00e9pendent toujours des informations fournies par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur de l\u2019antenne, de sorte que <strong>des mesures ind<\/strong><strong>\u00e9pendantes sont impossibles<\/strong>. Les mesures qui en r\u00e9sultent ne sont ni objectives ni compl\u00e8tes. Elles sont fond\u00e9es sur diverses hypoth\u00e8ses (on pourrait aussi parler d\u2019estimations) et constituent en fait <strong>un calcul th<\/strong><strong>\u00e9orique plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une mesure fiable et pr\u00e9cise.<\/strong> Une analogie serait un contr\u00f4le de vitesse o\u00f9&nbsp;le policier demanderait au conducteur \u00e0 quelle vitesse il allait r\u00e9ellement. Il n\u2019est donc pas surprenant que des exp\u00e9riences de mesure \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 technique d\u2019Aix-la-Chapelle (RWTH Aix-la-Chapelle), par exemple, aient montr\u00e9 <strong>d<\/strong><strong>\u2019\u00e9normes \u00e9carts entre le rayonnement r\u00e9el des antennes adaptatives et les pr\u00e9visions par extrapolation<\/strong>. Les valeurs r\u00e9elles de rayonnement \u00e9taient dans certains cas quatre fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que la valeur calcul\u00e9e&nbsp;! En principe, ce syst\u00e8me compare une fois par jour les param\u00e8tres de fonctionnement actuels d\u2019une antenne avec les sp\u00e9cifications de l\u2019autorisation de construction correspondante, ce qui est cens\u00e9 d\u00e9tecter imm\u00e9diatement les violations des valeurs limites. En effet, 8 des 14 antennes inspect\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentaient des d\u00e9fauts qui n\u2019avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s par le syst\u00e8me d\u2019assurance de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il semble que les autorit\u00e9s, dans une large mesure, ne r\u00e9alisent pas encore la gravit\u00e9 de la situation (ou ne le veulent pas). Cependant, toutes les tactiques d\u2019\u00e9vitement et de lutte ne serviront \u00e0 rien&nbsp;: <strong>\u00e0<\/strong><strong> un moment donn<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>, on ne pourra plus ignorer la source des causes r<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>elles de l<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>augmentation constante des maladies chroniques<\/strong>, \u00e0 savoir le rayonnement \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique provenant des antennes de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile, des smartphones ou des routeurs WiFi.<\/p>\n<div class=\"speaker-mute
