Certains de nos amis, de nos coll\u00e8gues et de nos proches sont peut-\u00eatre aussi malades, mais c\u2019est normal et notre r\u00e9action a \u00e9t\u00e9 naturelle jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant.<\/p>\n<p>Par le pass\u00e9, dans la pratique m\u00e9dicale, si vous ne pr\u00e9sentiez aucun sympt\u00f4me d\u2019une maladie, vous \u00eatiez en fait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme indemne de cette maladie et il \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement peu probable que vous puissiez la propager. Par cons\u00e9quent, le d\u00e9pistage de masse des personnes sans sympt\u00f4mes \u2013 \u00e9tiquet\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;asymptomatiques&nbsp;\u00bb \u2013 est une perte de temps. Aucune d\u2019elles ne sera contagieuse. Ce fait d\u00e9coule d\u2019\u00e9tudes men\u00e9es sur des personnes d\u00e9clar\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;asymptomatiques&nbsp;\u00bb du SRAS-CoV-2. Presqu\u2019aucune n\u2019a transmis le coronavirus. Si ces tests sont con\u00e7us pour<em> l\u2019identification de l\u2019infection imm\u00e9diate ou de sa confirmation<\/em>, alors pourquoi dit-on aux personnes en parfaite sant\u00e9 de se faire tester&nbsp;? Comme nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, si vous n\u2019avez pas de sympt\u00f4mes, vous ne pouvez pas transmettre un virus respiratoire. En effet, Sir Patrick Vallance, scientifique en chef du Royaume-Uni, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le 10 f\u00e9vrier 2021&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Si vous comparez les tests de flux lat\u00e9ral \u00e0 la PCR, vous obtiendrez davantage de r\u00e9sultats positifs avec la PCR parce que la PCR est tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s sensible&nbsp;; elle peut d\u00e9tecter de tr\u00e8s faibles niveaux de virus <strong>qui ne sont peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame pas infectieux, il peut simplement y avoir de faibles niveaux<\/strong>. Donc la PCR d\u00e9tectera toujours plus que le flux lat\u00e9ral.
