Aunque los operadores de redes m\u00f3viles y las autoridades aseguran que estas mediciones son posibles, no se mide la se\u00f1al de radio real con la que se transmiten los datos, s\u00f3lo la se\u00f1al auxiliar de transmisi\u00f3n uniforme que se necesita, por ejemplo, para establecer una conexi\u00f3n. Usando la informaci\u00f3n del operador de la antena sobre el estado operativo actual, la intensidad de la radiaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al de radio se extrapola posteriormente. \u00c9ste es un procedimiento extremadamente impreciso, que ignora por completo los reflejos, por ejemplo en las paredes de la casa, o la superposici\u00f3n de diferentes haces de datos. Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n es muy problem\u00e1tico que los&nbsp;\u00abresultados de la medici\u00f3n\u00bb siempre dependan de la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por el operador de la antena,<strong> por lo que las mediciones independientes son imposibles.<\/strong> Las mediciones resultantes no son ni objetivas ni completas. Se basan en diferentes hip\u00f3tesis (tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00eda hablar de estimaciones) y son de hecho un <strong>c\u00e1lculo te\u00f3rico en vez de una medici\u00f3n confiable y precisa.<\/strong> Una analog\u00eda para esto ser\u00eda en un control de velocidad, el polic\u00eda tendr\u00eda que preguntar al conductor a qu\u00e9 velocidad iba en realidad. Por lo tanto, no sorprende que los experimentos de medici\u00f3n en la Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Aachen (RWTH Aachen), por ejemplo, mostraran<strong> enormes desviaciones entre la radiaci\u00f3n real de las antenas adaptables y la proyectada.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00a1Los valores reales de radiaci\u00f3n eran en algunos casos cuatro veces m\u00e1s altos que el valor calculado! En principio, este sistema compara una vez al d\u00eda los par\u00e1metros operativos actuales de una antena con las especificaciones en el permiso de construcci\u00f3n correspondiente, lo que se supone que detecta inmediatamente las violaciones del valor l\u00edmite.
