Das gilt zumindest f\u00fcr das, was uns die Natur zur Verf\u00fcgung stellt, denn es ist vor allem die Zivilisation \u2013 St\u00e4dte, Verkehr, Industrie und so weiter \u2013, die uns Probleme bereitet, beispielsweise durch L\u00e4rm. Es ist bekannt, dass bei Menschen, die in St\u00e4dten leben, die Amygdala \u2013 die zentrale Gehirnregion, die an der Verarbeitung von Stress beteiligt ist \u2013 st\u00e4rker aktiviert ist als bei Menschen, die in l\u00e4ndlichen Regionen leben. Der Stadtl\u00e4rm versetzt den K\u00f6rper in st\u00e4ndige Alarmbereitschaft, vor allem, wenn sich dauernd viele verschiedene Ger\u00e4usche mischen. Wer auf die Natur eingestimmt ist, empfindet weniger Schmerzen, ist entspannter, positiver gestimmt und mental leistungsf\u00e4higer. Vogelstimmen verbessern nicht nur die Symptome von Depression und Angstst\u00f6rungen, sondern sie k\u00f6nnen sogar paranoide Gedanken verringern, wie neue Forschungen zeigen. Vogelgesang k\u00f6nnte deshalb m\u00f6glicherweise zur Pr\u00e4vention von psychischen Erkrankungen eingesetzt werden, schreiben die Wissenschaftler. Alles Leben auf dieser Erde \u2013 ob Pflanze, Tier oder Mensch \u2013 ist verbunden und voneinander abh\u00e4ngig. Wir erkennen je l\u00e4nger, je deutlicher, welche Errungenschaften unserer Zivilisation mehr Fluch als Segen sind, und da wir diese Dinge selber erschaffen haben, haben wir es auch in der Hand, die notwendigen Ver\u00e4nderungen herbeizuf\u00fchren.
