Was stimmt denn nun? \u201cMilch ist gesund\u201d oder \u201cMilch ist ungesund\u201d? Die Meinungen zum Thema Milch gehen seit l\u00e4ngerer Zeit auseinander. Handels\u00fcbliche UHT- oder Past-Milch, die durch die industriellen Verarbeitungsprozesse komplett degeneriert wird und mit dem urspr\u00fcnglichen Rohprodukt und Lebensmittel kaum mehr etwas gemein hat, stellt tats\u00e4chlich eine ernsthafte Bedrohung f\u00fcr den menschlichen K\u00f6rper dar und ist (mit-)verantwortlich f\u00fcr Asthma, Allergien und Osteoporose. Hingegen haben Rohmilch und Rohmilch-Produkte (K\u00e4se, Butter etc.) von Tieren aus biologischer Weidehaltung den gegenteiligen Effekt. Rohmilch ist ein essenzielles und lebensf\u00f6rderndes Lebensmittel.
